He is survived by: his children, Betty Jean Marlowe, Bertha "Patsy" Kirby (Dennis), John David, Harvey Owens (Laura) and William Lewis Owens (Debbie); his grandchildren, Jennifer Langston, Miriam Marlowe, John David Owens Jr., Harvey Owens, David Owens, Kelly Bruton, Willie Jay Kirby, Lewis Wingate Kirby and Michael O'Dell; and his great grandchildren, Nicholas Keith Marlowe, Jayden Lee Marlowe, Jessica Elizabeth Owens, Aidan Owens, Adrian Owens, Anthony O'Dell, Zack O'Dell, Alexis O'Dell, Courtney Owens, Rebecca Owens, Halee Owens, Marissa Owens, Travis Kirby, Luke Kirby, Lyndsey Fletcher, Makayla Aikens and Shane Aikens.
