He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Medry Goins and Jacquelyn Wall Goins; and his brothers, Russell Goins and James Goins. He is survived by: his siblings, Tammy Weist (Kerry) of Myrtle Beach, Tracy Dean Goins of Myrtle Beach, LaJean Tacker of Myrtle Beach, Deborah "Debbie" Russ (Earl) of Andrews and Freddie Goins (Samantha) of Rock Hill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials be made in Clyde's honor to: Mt. Calvary Pentecostal Holiness Church, 3336 Hwy 17A, Bonneau, SC 29431.
