She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton Lee Sidell and Hazel Skipper Sidell; her nephew Shane Kennedy; her aunts, Rhonda King and Helen Milton; and her uncle Milton Skipper.
She is survived by: her children, James William High Jr. (Sabrina) and April High Phillips (Jared); her grandchildren, Madison Blakley Miller, Morgan Elizabeth High and Sophia Grace Phillips; her great grandchild Jaxon Allen James; her brother Robert Sidell; and her nephew Shawn Kennedy.
