He was predeceased by: his mother Esther Wilson Ward; his grandson Ervin Lambert (Priscilla); and his siblings, Patsy Hutson, James Wilson, David Wilson, Rev. Steve Wilson, Phillip Wilson, Billy Wilson, Jimmy Wilson, Jackie Wilson and Jerry Wilson (Rosa).

He is survived by: his wife Bertha Mae Lambert Wilson; his children, Dena Turner (David) of Georgetown, Bobby "Bubbie" Wilson Jr. (DeLynn "Linnie") of Georgetown, Marty Wilson of Georgetown and Crystal Robinson (Jon) of Summerville; his grandchildren, Spencer Turner (Heather), Kayci Wilson and Larry Lambert (Heather); his sisters, Marlene Crimminger (Ray), Pearl Lee Morris (Eddie), Earline Gorechya, Mary Cox (Bobby), Kitty McCants (Joe) and Elaine Hutson (Dreyfus); his sisters-in-law, Margie Wilson, Eleanor Wilson, Marcia Wilson, Rita Wilson, Pam Wilson and Beth Wilson; and also, Addie Turner, Tucker Turner, Blake Wilson, Luke Lambert, Kylee Lambert, Trey Lambert and Tripp Lambert.
