With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Cox (Andrews, South Carolina), who passed away on March 12, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mayo Poston and Eva Touchberry Poston; her brothers, Junior Poston and Terry Poston; and her brothers-in-law, Andy Eaddy and Harold Lawrimore.

She is survived by: her spouse Rev. Jerry L. Cox; her children, Dean Cox (Cindy), Danny Cox (Cheryl) and Joye Payne (Geoffrey); her grandchildren, Brandi Ward (John), Brian Cox (Morgan), Heather Baylor (Andrew), Kevin Cox (Lauren), Steven Cox (Shanna), Haleigh Rimmer (Reed) and Noah Payne; her great grandchildren, Anna, Ava, Brady, Marcy, Cantley, Natalee, Sadie, Doc and Cooper; her siblings, Barbara Jean Nettles (Jack), Shelby Eaddy, Nancy Lawrimore, Frankie Poston, David Poston and Jimmy Poston (Mae); and her nephew Brayden Poston.

Memorials may be made to Liberty Christian Church or the Earles Pentecostal Holiness Church.
