She was predeceased by: her parents, Gib Johnson and Ola Forbes Johnson; her husband Burnett; her brothers, Henry Johnson, Clarence "Buddy" Johnson, Delton Gib Johnson and Bruce Johnson; her sister-in-law Marlene Johnson; and also, Rev. Henry, Mildred Duncan, Rev. Elwood Duncan, Earl, Betty Duncan, Dorothy, Carl Merritt and D. D. Duncan.

She is survived by: her children, Rhett Allan Duncan (Mona) and Tammy D. Ikner (Rick); her grandchildren, Amber I. Sykes (Wes) and Paige I. Vigneaux; her great grandchildren, Autumn and Jacob; her siblings, Jimmy Johnson, Delbert "Dinky" Johnson (Lisa), Leon Johnson and Linda Altman (Spudnick); her sisters-in-law, Kathy T. Johnson and Marilyn Johnson; and also, Rev. Donald Duncan (Virginia), Lorraine Floyd, Elizabeth Duncan and Rebecca "Bec" Duncan Hooper (Marty). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
