He was predeceased by: his mother Minnie Lucille Agnew (Scott); his children, Kimberly Renee (Warren Dickey) and William Patrick; his grandchildren, Erika Agnew, Danielle Dickey, Desmond Dickey, Mila Agnew, Azia Burnside, Andrea Burnside, Abby Burnside and JB Burnside; his brother Thomas Henry; and his wife Patricia Ann Elder of Heath Springs.
He is survived by: his father William Thomas Agnew; his siblings, Jay Walter Agnew, Minnie Patricia Agnew Wardlaw and Maxie O'Neal Agnew, Sr. (Angela); and his friend Joe Morris.
