He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman L. Acker and Florence K. Acker. He is survived by: his wife Apostle Jannie L. Acker; his children, Anthony "Tony" Acker (Tonjia Drakeford) and Jacqueline Acker Hawkins (Anthony); and his siblings, James Acker of Greenville, SC and Effie Lee (Henry) of Piedmont, SC. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren; many special children and grandchildren in the Lord; a host of nieces, nephews, brothers-in law, and sisters-in-law, other relatives and friends.
