It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernie L. Patterson of Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on June 25, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Addis and Myrtle Addis; her husband Clyde W. Patterson; and her siblings, William "Boots" Addis, Ronnie, Oscar Addis, Loraine Addis, Mary Freeman and Ann Webb.

She is survived by: her daughter Rita Dyches. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
