She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Wilber Wood; her parents, James Julius and Wiley Standridge Haley; and her siblings, Bernice Powell, Harold Haley, Herman Haley and Furman Haley.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Alan Wood (Revonda) and Nancy Vena Wood; her grandchildren, Morgan Wood and Abbie Grace Wood; and her sister Vadrew Smith.
