With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sue Waters of Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on September 11, 2022 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sue Waters to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd James and Polly Darby Manning; her husband Samuel; her son Dwaine Limbaugh Waters; and her siblings, Alvin Manning, Elizabeth "Lib" Stasny and Zelpha "Zet" Fields.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Martin (Terry) and Jimmy Waters (Karen); her daughter-in-law Janice Waters; her brother Jerry Manning (Jackie); her grandchildren, Sammy Moore, Mendy Fuller (Todd), Terry Martin, Candace Martin, Susan Slayton (Charlie) and Ashley Voigt (Matthew); and her caregiver Rochelle Porterfield. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
