She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosezena Galloway Scott and Eloise Ervin; her husband Wade F. Foggie; her niece Eva Mae Aiken; and her siblings, Leroy, Willie Bell, Sadie, Ethen, Omega, Charles, Nelson, Andrew, Eloise, Pearlee, Carrol, Harrold, James, Marcelle, Scott and Pete.
She is survived by: her sister Hazel Acker; and her nieces, Henretta Bigby and Effie McIntosh. She is also survived by three great, great grandchildren.
