He is survived by: his parent Grace Todd; his children, Stephen Michael Todd Jr, Jennifer Grace Todd and Rhonda Christine Todd (Alan Whitworth); and his brothers, David Randall Todd and Jeffrey Brian Todd. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
