He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frank and Eula Norine McGill Isbell; his son David Olin Isbell; and his sister Frankie Childress. He is survived by: his wife Bernice Powell Isbell; his children, James Frank Isbell (Kathy) and Christie Blake Isbell Hamberis (Keefe); his daughter-in-law Tammy Isbell Smith (Jimmy); and his grandchildren, Amber Chasteen, Barrett Isbell, Riki Parlier, Niki Schoultz, Nicholas Hamberis and Rachel Hamberis. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
