Kemp; her children, Cassie Higginbotham, Halie Kemp and Kendrick Kemp; her grandsons, Antonio and Xavier; her siblings, Paula Higginbotham, Michelle Higginbotham, Tammy Argo (Andrew), Connie Manley and Greg Harrell; her mother-in-law Linda F. Osbey; and her siblings-in-law, Chenice Scott (Roy), Ulrica Kemp, Tara Kemp, Charla Osbey, Carmen Isom (Jerry) and Charlie Jr. Osbey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
