He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Marion Coulter and Betty Hamilton Coulter. He is survived by: his wife Susan Tingle Coulter; his children, Russell Patrick Coulter (Alison) and Stacey Leigh Coulter; his grandchildren, Ashlen Chapman, Anniston Chapman of Avien Jayde, Hayden Coulter and Mallory Coulter; his sister Rhonda Buzbee (Brian); and his nieces, Beth Seawell and Kate Manning.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Sullivan-King Mortuary (3205 N Hwy 81, Anderson, SC 29621). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Sullivan-King Mortuary Chapel (3205 N Hwy 81, Anderson, SC 29621).
