She was predeceased by: her parents, John Chamblee and Willie Mae Pickens Chamblee; her husband Van Johnson; and her siblings, Lonnie, John Paul, Floyd Stewart, Ulysees, Warren Jr., R. L., T. C., A. C., Rufus Chamblee, Johnnie Mae Fair, Annie Ruth Clinkscales, Betty Jo Campbell and Bessie Mae Chamblee.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Diane Taylor of Simpsonville, SC, Sheron Lynn Pickens (Rufus) of Anderson, SC, Vanessa Ann Wilson of Anderson, SC, Gloria Lorraine Simmons (Robert) of Anderson, SC, Rickey Chamblee of Anderson, SC and James Gregory Johnson of Anderson, SC; and her siblings, Elder Bobby Chamblee of Anderson, SC and Rebecca Richardson of Anderson, SC. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren and sixteen great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
