She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Stephens and Dossie Stephens; her husbands, James David Duncan and John M. Black; her daughter Susie Mouser; her son-in-law Don Mouser; and her siblings, Jimmy Brady and Carolyn Jones Wilson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda McEntire (Greg) and Jackie Bowling (Ted) of Lancaster, SC; her brother Jacky Brady (Kay); her grandchildren, Morgan McConnell (Austin), Colton Clardy (Olivia), Brian Mouser (Jennifer), Cari Wells (Sean), Joey Bowling (Christine) and Jenny Bowling; and her great grandchildren, Marlee, Maddox, Carter, Ezra, Cylas, Emery Sue, Ethan and Elijah.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Rosa's name to the Lifeline Mission Church, Hospice of the Upstate or McCormick Correctional Institution Chapel.
