He is survived by: his siblings, Elizabeth Jarvis (Ken) of Moultrie, GA, Pamela Puckett (Chris) and David Jett (Bobbie Jean); and his nieces and nephews, Valeria Gillman (Bryan) of Dahlonega, GA, Kylie Thompson, Matthew Puckett of Buford, GA, David Eric Jett and Derek Jett. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews and cousins.
