He was predeceased by: his parents, William Timms and Violet Boles Timms; and his siblings, Glenn, Allen, Doug Timms and Debra Timms.
He is survived by: his children, Rayford Timms Jr., Steven Dwayne Timms, Crystal Timms and April Sharpe (Phillip); his siblings, Earl Timms, Della Culbertson, Patricia McGee and Sue Rochester; and the mother of his children Thelma Timms. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
