He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Abner and Mollie McLane Boggs; and his brothers, Roy Boggs and Tommy Boggs. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Mary Elizabeth Boggs and Roy White Boggs; his sister-in-law Betty Boggs; and his niece Melinda Boggs.
