He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, John Lee Watts (Joe Ann) of Riverton, UT, Philip Dean Wigger of Charlotte, NC, Jarrel Lee Wigger (Ashley) of Charleston, SC, Susan Wigger Murrell (David) of Charleston, SC and Belinda Elizabeth Compton (Bryan) of Mooresville, NC; his grandchildren, Adam, Tammy, Wayne, Amy, Jordan, Lawson, Emily, Ellis and Aiden; his siblings, Margaret Midgett of St. Louis, MO, Charlie Wigger (Rebecca) of Courtois, MO and Tommy Wigger (Sharon) of Belgrade, MO; and his sister-in-law Doris Wigger of Farmington, MO. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
