With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Volrath Coker (Anderson, South Carolina), who passed away on June 13, 2019 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mae Mullins and Marvin Volrath; her husband Jim Coker; her son Tim O'Kelley; her brothers, Curtis, Johnny and Jerry Volrath; and her stepfather Dan Mullins.
She is survived by: her son Robert Gibson of Anderson; her stepchildren, Randy Coker of Virginia and Karen Meeks of Myrtle Beach; her sister Betty Irvin of Van Buren, Arkansas; and her friend Mary Ann Lindsey. She is also survived by Seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Asbury Baptist Church, 2770 Centerville Rd, Anderson, SC.
