She was predeceased by: her husband Herman Wilks; her sons, Larry Wilks and Michael Wilks; her grandson Joseph Campbell; and her siblings, Isabelle Jackson, James Thompson and Henry Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Wilks, Vicky Hill, Carolyn Wilks, Tracy Brice (Silvanus), Herman Wilks and Timothy Wilks (Sharee); her siblings, Walter Thompson (Annie) and Dorothy Pressley (William); and her grandchildren, Crystal Campbell, Dereco Hill (Falisha), Thomas Hill (Tammy), Victor Hill (Kristen) and Brandon Wilks.
