She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Denver and Norah Norton Vise; and her son-in-law Charles Whitlow. She is survived by: her spouse James W Lowe (Bill); her daughters, Vicky Sue Lowe and Vicky Whitlow; her granddaughters, Nora (Derek Hooper) of Townville, SC and Pam (Robert Freeman) of Texhoma, TX.; her great grandchildren, Ashley Burke (Walter), Ryan Garrison, Alyssa Montanez (Eloy) and Jessica Garrison; and also, Lisa Coates and Cira Traeber.
