He was predeceased by: his parents, John Walker Cox and Sandra Diane Escoe Cooley. He is survived by: his wife Kristi Cooley Cox; his son Jacob Cox (Madeline); his siblings, Willie Murdock, Tina Foster (Wally) and Rhonda Ruggiero (Chris); and his sister-in-law Kelly L. McConnell.
A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel (3219 S Main St, Anderson, SC 29624).
