It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myrtle J Newton (Anderson, South Carolina), born in McComb, Mississippi, who passed away on August 24, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend C. L. Crews and Katie Lee Valley; and her son Roger Dale Johnson Jr. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathryn L. Bowen (Dlynn), Janice Culpepper, Cindy Bryant (Larry) and Tammy Bryant. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
