He is survived by: his son Phillip Fuller (Roshanda) of Anderson, SC; and his siblings, Dan Martin of Anderson, SC, Sandra Campbell of Simpsonville, SC, Shirley Martin of Anderson, SC and Diane Bozeman of Anderson, SC. He is also survived by three grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
