He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edwin Harbin and Amy Nixon Harbin Dyar; and his brothers, Larry Harbin and Michael Harbin. He is survived by: his children, Jelon Harbin, Larry Harbin (Kristi) and Chandra Sellers (Chuck); and his sisters, Linda Urban (Johnny) and Nancy Campbell. He is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchild.
