She was predeceased by: her spouse James C. Power; her son Willie Glenn Power; and her stepson Alan Power. She is survived by: her children, Dollie C. Hamby, James Thomas Power, Melinda G. Emory and Leval McAbee; her stepson Billy Power; and her grandchildren, Stephen Power, Torlna Gillespie, Jeremy Power, Crystal Hamby and Connie Mac Pruitt. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
