He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Mae Wiley Harris and Ivy Fuller; his son Derrick L. Wiley Sr.; his grandsons, Ashley Kay and Derrick Wiley Jr.; his great grandchild Asaias Blanding; and his niece Ingrid F. Wiley.
He is survived by: his children, Shajuana Boyd (Harold), Chadric Wiley (Lisa) and Maurice Johnson; his siblings, Carlinda Wiley, Robbie Wiley (Amelia), Joe E. Wiley (Claire) and Donnie Wiley (Debra); his grandchildren, Brandon Wiley, Traywon Wiley, Shacoya Blanding (Brad), Joseph Gray, Chadric Wiley Jr., Cedric Wiley, Marquay Rogers and Nevayah Rogers; his close friend Betty Willis; his children, Felixco Willis (Tashica), Laganna Lawrence (Charles), Jennifer Cox (Glenn), Alyviah and Amoni Willis; and his friend Marlee Wiley.
