She is survived by: her mother Nancy Selina Cook; her husband Roy Grindstaff; her stepchildren, Chris Grindstaff, Wendy Bridges and Tonya Sanders; her siblings, Lane Smith (Alyssa), Dawn Phillips and Selena Smith (Josh); her stepgrandchildren, Jordan, Jesse, Jayla, Brett, Jessica and Maddie; her nieces and nephews, Camden, Kingston, AJ, Milianah, Kendall and Grace; and her close friends, Angel, Trouble, Hank and Mozzie.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations to be made to Victims Advocacy.
