He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick W. Foster and Flonnie Carrie Smith Foster. He is survived by: his wife Vergie Popham Foster; his grandchildren, Kenna Millwood Chandhok (Ollie) of Frisco, TX, Lindsay Rogers Griffis (Jim) of Fort Worth, TX, Ben Millwood of Flowery Branch, GA and Courtney Rogers Stephenson (Todd) of Fort Mill, SC; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Ace Chandhok, Lauren, Connor, Caroline Stephenson and Paige Griffis; and also, Cupboard, Soup Kitchen of Anderson and Haven of Rest.
