She was predeceased by: her parents, Clee Howard Buff and Pauline Hovis Buff; her husband Gaither Blackwelder; her son Wayne Blackwelder; and her brother Don Buff.

She is survived by: her daughter Susan Blackwelder of Anderson; and her brother James Buff of Brookline, NH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
