He is survived by: his wife Margaret Banks; his son Terry Banks; his daughter-in-law Minerva Allen of Valley Stream, NY; his daughter Adrianne; his children-in-law, Louis Norcia of Kennesaw, GA and Sandra Rice; his grandchildren, Rochanda Monique Rice, Kevin Maynard Rice, Terrence Banks, Danielle, Eric Fondren, Athena, Daniel Jean, Simone Ariel Gipson, Johnell Avery Gipson and Christian Alexander Norcia; and his great grandchildren, Londyn Marie Gipson, Autumn Fondren and Jayce Jean. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
