He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Elgin and Gertrude King Elgin; his wife Ester Louise Elgin; his sons, Jimmy Calbert Elgin and Harvey Page; and his sister Linda Whitfield.
He is survived by: his children, William Leonard Elgin (Jenny), Sharon Cross, Carolyn Todd, Mary Shaw, Betty Todd and Christi Hanley. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
