He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Lawrence, Sr. and Dorothy Lofton of Virginia; and his children, Lennie R. Lawrence, Jr. and Christopher Lynn Lawrence of Anderson, SC. He is survived by: his wife Allyson Powell-Lawrence; his children, Dawn Davis (Frankie) of Kokomo, IN, Crystal Stacey (Shawn) of Hampton, VA, Kallie Powell (Josh) of Anderson, SC and Steven Roy (Chelsea) of Piedmont, SC; his siblings, Lisa Ferguson (Billy) of Mississippi, Margaree Steen of Mississippi, Howard Lawrence, Jerry Lawrence (Lola) and Roger Lawrence (Peggy); his brothers-in-law, Preston Powell (Kristy) and Paul Powell; and his mother-in-law Nancy Powell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
