He was predeceased by: his brother Kip Smith. He is survived by: his children, Mackenzie Smith, Dylan Smith and Madison Smith; his grandson Nolan Smith; his parents, Charles Smith and Virginia Smith; his brother Kyle Smith (Angel Kolins); his niece Parker Smith; and his nephew Anderson Smith.
