She is survived by: her son John Thomas Howell (Linda); her siblings, James W. Whittington (Linda), Louise W. Shiflett and Shelby W. Anderson; her grandchildren, Keith, Greg, Jennifer, Chad, Wesley, Daniel, Katie, Robbie, Justin and Joey; and her daughter-in-law Sherry Howell.
