It is with great sadness that we announce the death of J'Quan Deshun Ellington of Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on April 30, 2021, at the age of 22, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his stepmother Shonda Knox; his godmother Michelle Cowans; his grandparents, Samantha Hamm, Anthony Richardson, Brenda Williams, Phillip Ellington and Mary Hatten; and his siblings, Icyunna Hatten, Sharmaine Ellington, Narquacia Ellington, Jermirra Ellington, Marquita Adams, Landarius Hatten, Zayden Hatten, Timaine Ellington, Jermaine Ellington, Prince Ellington, Graison Ellington and Keshawn Hamm. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews; cousins and close friends.
