Joyce Gambrell Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Gambrell of Anderson, South Carolina, born in Honea Path, South Carolina, who passed away on March 2, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband James Roy Gambrell, Jr.; her parents, Francis Marion and Sallie Taylor Ragsdale; her son-in-law Steve A. Campbell; and her siblings, Lawrence Marion Ragsdale, Frank Allen Ragsdale and Jeane Ragsdale Taylor.

She is survived by: her children, James Mark Gambrell of Belton, Jane Gambrell White (Jimmy) of Anderson and Janice Gambrell Campbell of Anderson; and her grandchildren, Aimee White Sharp (B. J.), Matthew Stephen White (Taylor) and Chad Campbell (Cathy). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
