With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph M. Jordan Sr. of Anderson, South Carolina, born in Pelzer, South Carolina, who passed away on November 8, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Louise McGill Jordan; and his parents, Walter Guy Jordan, Sr. and Rosalie Bell Jordan. He is survived by: his children, Beth Jordan Lewis (Dave), Joey Jordan, Jr. (Sandy) and Christy Jordan Allen (Doug); his grandchildren, Shannon Matthews (Chris), Maria Wilson (Shaun), Jake Allen (Cassie), Tina Foster (Bryan) and Marc Allen (Alisha); and his brother Hal Jordan. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Upstate, 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, SC 29621, or Richard M. Campbell Veterans Nursing Home, 4605 Belton Highway, Anderson, SC 29621.
