She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Barnes and Helen Chambers; and her siblings, Marshall Barnes, Charles Chambers and Mary Barnes.

She is survived by: her children, Stephen Todd Jr. (Lisa Mitchell), Rhonda Christine Todd Risner (Alan Whitworth) and Jennifer Grace Ballard; her siblings, James Barnes, Patricia Foster, Margaret McClain and Pamela Richey; and her friend Terry Moore. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
