He was predeceased by: his parents, Hurbert Tilley and Johnnie Mae Ware Tilley; his former wife Mary McCoy Tilley; and his brother Bobby Tilley. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Jeneen Lee-Tillie; his children, Monica "Gina" Banks, Laura "Sistah" Banks Gates, Vendetta Shareece Lee, Kevin Telley, Charles Telley, Daniel Telley, James "Pie" Telley, Anthony Lee and Lane Patterson; and his siblings, Judy Johnson and Charles Tilley. He is also survived by grandchildren and relatives.
