He is survived by: his wife Sarah Barton Beaty; his stepdaughter Angelia Wallace (Larry); his stepgrandchildren, Tamika, Ayanna and Danielle; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Taniya of Makoya, Dwight II and Hydia; his great great grandchildren, Nacarri, Temari and Knowledge; his sister-in-law Vermelle Simmons Beaty; his niece Carla Oglesby; his nephews, Waymond and Raymond Whitfield; and his cousins, William Pressley and Walter Thompson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
