He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Musacchia, Sr. and Angeline Falasco Musacchia; and his sister Debra Musacchia. He is survived by: his wife Kate Musacchia; his children, James Brian Musacchia and Kristin Joy Musacchia; his granddaughter Micaela Peterson; and his siblings, Joanne Schirripa, Patricia Pleichner, Diann Sespico, Laura McComb, Lisa Musacchia and David Musacchia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
