He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas James and Mildred Louise Harbin; and his siblings, Tommy Earl, Johnny Harbin and Linda Risner.
He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Harbin; his children, Amanda Davis (Jason) and Chris Harbin (Amber); his sisters, Elaine Gibby, Charolette McBride and Tammy Frye; and his grandchildren, Hunter Davis (Ashley), Raina Crump (Lane), Dakota Davis, Tanner Harbin and Bentley Harbin.
The family requests those in attendance wear a mask and practice social distancing.
