He is survived by: his children, Robbin Moyer (Bill), Tina Dowdy, Sherri Roe, Michael Roe (Cynthia) and James Roe; and his siblings, Delton Roe (Linda) and Laura Hill (Melvin). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
