She was predeceased by: her former husband William Arthur; and her husband Dennis Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Vicky Crowe (Donald) of Pendleton, SC, Thomas Arthur (Susan) of Lake Forest, CA and Susan Ginn of Anderson, SC; her brother Winton Fuller (Carol) of Eatonton; and her grandchildren, Georganne Campbell (Mikki), Christy Hadadea (Florin), Jennifer Kulek (Casey), Daniel Arthur (Ale), Joshua Nixon, Sean Nixon and Emily Ginn. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
