He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Brucke and Mildred Brucke; his brother Marice Brucke; and his grandson Daniel Holmes. He is survived by: his children, Shawnika Hickey (Phillip), Megan Brucke (Chris), James Brucke Jr., Greg Brucke, Tina Hughes, Melissa Carver (Chris), Matthew Bowen, Mark Winton (Leah) and Sarah Fronstin (Paul); and his sister Avis Stovall. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
